Q: Who can rent Big Willy?
A: Anyone 18 years or older planning a bold, unforgettable event. Popular groups include bachelorette parties, video shoots, birthdays, and VIP experiences.
Q: Is there a minimum age to ride?
A: Yes. All riders must be at least 18 years old and sign a waiver before participating.
Q: Can minors attend the event?
A: Attendees under 18 are not permitted near the ride. This is strictly enforced for safety and insurance compliance.

Q: What ride themes are available?
A: You can choose from the classic round inflatable, Rodeo Willy, or Halloween Willy (square inflatables). Each comes with its own flair.
Q: What does the ride include?
A: Every rental includes Big Willy (fiberglass core), an inflatable cushion, trained operator, waivers, setup. Power generator can be provided for a small extra cost if needed.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Absolutely. Guests fall onto an inflatable bounce-house-style cushion. Our operator adjusts the speed to match the rider’s comfort level.
📐 Setup & Space Requirements
Q: How much space do we need?
A: The ride requires a 20’ x 20’ flat area with at least 11 feet of overhead clearance.
Q: Can it be set up indoors?
A: Yes, as long as the space meets the size and ceiling height requirements.
Q: Can it be set up in a backyard?
A: Yes! It works great in backyards as long as the surface is flat and the space is adequate.
Q: Does the ride need electricity?
A: Yes, it runs on a standard 110v 20-amp dedicated circuit within 50 feet. We bring all cords. If needed, we can supply a generator.

Q: How much does it cost to rent?
A: Pricing varies based on location, duration, and installation difficulty. A typical event includes 4 hours of ride time. Contact us for a quote or for any questions.
Q: Can we book for more, or less, than four hours?
A: In most cases, yes—just ask! Custom durations may be available depending on location and availability.
Q: Can we book both ride styles, both vanilla and chocolate?
Yes! Book both Willy styles for a “two heads are better than one” experience.

Q: Can we film or take photos during the event?
A: Definitely. Big Willy is Insta-ready and custom content is welcome. Be safe and respectful of guests when sharing.
Q: Does the ride come with a camera crew?
A: No, but many groups bring their own. The event is camera-friendly.
